  • 1 and 3/4 cups of wholesome spelt flour, with the option for more if required
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup of luscious chocolate chips, if desired
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans, if preferred

Step 1

Position one oven rack on the lowest level and another on a higher level before preheating the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
