  • Chicken 300g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Chili Flakes ½ tsp
  • Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Water ½ Cup
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Chilies 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter ½ Cup
  • All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Step 1

In a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt and clarified butter. Mix them properly. Then add some water and knead a hard dough. Knead it for 10 minutes at least. Then brush some oil on the top and cover it for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Now take a pan. Add oil and let it heat. Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. Then add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until it turns white.

Step 3

Add salt, pepper, cumin powder, chili flakes and chili powder. Give it a good mix. Now add some water and cover to cook for 10 minutes on medium-low flame.

Step 4

After 10 minutes, add onion, chilies and coriander leaves. Mix well and turn off the flame.

Step 5

As the dough has been set, divide it into 4 equal parts. Make a clarified butter paste by mixing Clarified Butter and all purpose flour together.

Step 6

Take a small ball, flatten it, brush this paste and add some flour. Follow the folding method and then make a roll.

Step 7

Cut this roll from the centre. Now take one part of this roll and flatten it slightly. Add some stuffing and close the openings.

Step 8

Here you go, kachori is ready for frying. Fry each kachori for at least 20 minutes on low flame. Once fried, serve with your favorite sauce
