Ingredients
- Chicken Mince 500g
- Chopped Onion 1 large size
- Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
- 1 egg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ Cup for frying
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Tomato Paste ½ Cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Sliced Onion 1 medium size
- Chillies 3-4
- Ginger for garnish
- Coriander Leaves
Step 1
In a bowl, add minced Chicken, chopped onion, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chilli flakes, salt, Breadcrumbs, an egg, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves. Give it a good mix.
Step 2
Now grease your hands with oil and make medium sized kebabs.
Step 3
In a pan, add oil for frying. Fry kebabs on medium-low flame until golden brown. Once done, turn off the flame and set it aside.
Step 4
In another pan, add butter. Once it melts, add tomato paste. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add some salt and pepper. Mix it together.
Step 5
Now add Fried Kebabs and mix well. Finally add sliced onions, chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
Step 6
Serve hot
