- 8. 2 cups of sugar-frosted corn flake cereal, split into portions
- 9. 10 plump and ripe large bananas, or more if desired
Step 1
Combine brown sugar, water, and maple syrup in a saucepan, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it boil, then lower the heat to maintain warmth.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix marshmallow creme with peanut butter, then pour in the brown sugar mixture. Use an electric mixer to beat the fluffy mixture, and refrigerate it to set as fluff.

To assemble the bites, lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter fluff, leaving a 1/4-inch edge around the tortilla untouched by the spread. Sprinkle frosted flake cereal generously over the spread.

Place a banana along one side of the tortilla, rolling it tightly if needed. Cut the rolled tortilla into 1/2-inch thick slices with a sharp knife, then lay them flat on waxed paper.

Melt chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth and warm. Dip the bottom of each slice into the coating, covering 2/3 of the slice's height. Set the dipped slices on waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator.

Crush the remaining cereal flakes lightly in a shallow bowl. Dip the other side of the chilled slices into the chocolate coating, then into the crushed flakes. Place the rolls on waxed paper with the flake sides up, and chill until set.
